Made without Gluten is a strictly gluten free catering business founded with two main objectives – to produce fish and chips for everyone even if you have a gluten allergy, and in response to the lack of mobile catering provision for coeliacs, those who are wheat intolerant or who avoid gluten as a lifestyle choice.
We believe that we are the only event and private party traditional fish and chip van to be completely gluten free and we are very proud of it. Our aim has always been to cook food that is as good or better than its gluten containing equivalent and we are of the opinion that we have achieved this.
Co founder of Made without Gluten Ltd, Adele has been a registered coeliac for a number of years. As we enjoy attending a variety of events, the usual process of finding food to eat is as follows
“I look at all the catering options available – how many of them have any foods suitable for me? One? Two? You can almost guarantee one of the options will be a chocolate brownie and often any other option will have to have something removed – the bread roll or a pickle that has malt vinegar in it… not any more!”
